Sunday dinner is served!

To follow up from my previous post on making things from Pinterest, I offer this evening’s dinner.

About 11:00 a.m. I tossed about 6 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts into the crock pot and covered with a bottle of Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce. I would have never thought to not thaw the chicken beforehand but I was using a recipe from Stick a Fork in it as a guide. This recipe calls for plus-ing up the sauce but I didn’t feel the need to do so (as I am old mother hubbard right now). About six hours later we had BBQ chickeny goodness!

To accompany our chicken, I prepared baked potatoes, organic sweet corn, and cheddar & herb biscuits. I have mentioned before at what a for shit baker I am, so my hopes were very low approaching this recipe. While I know what I have to improve upon for next time, the reviews were favorable!
